Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in euros (€). Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel orders that we believe violate our terms. Orders ship within Europe. Standard shipping is 3-7 business days; express is 1-3 business days. Free shipping on orders over €150.

Returns & Refunds

Unopened products may be returned within 60 days of delivery. If something is not right, contact us and we will work with you to make it right. Refunds are issued at our discretion for unopened, unused products. For safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned.

Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to process your order: name, shipping address, email, and payment details. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. All data is protected under EU data protection law (GDPR).

Limitation of Liability

uu.life provides research compounds as-is, with Certificates of Analysis confirming purity and composition. Products are supplied strictly for laboratory and research use only, and not for human or veterinary consumption. We make no claims regarding therapeutic efficacy. uu.life is not liable for misuse of products.
